Meet the artist! Watch Carl Harris as he live etches on glass in Annapolis Marine Art Gallery at 110 Dock St! All artworks will be available for sale! About Carl: He is recognized by the State of Maryland as an official Maryland Artist. This means some of his etchings are included in the Maryland State Arts Collection. Born 1950, Carl grew up in Annapolis and now etches within the states government buildings. All of his work is done freehand, using no stencils or lasers.
