Costumed Heritage Week guides walk down Cornhill Street in Annapolis. The tall building in the background is the Old Treasury Building. Once a private road leading to the governor's mansion, it was made into a street in 1720. The houses along it were occupied by small tradesmen and those engaged in importing and exporting.
